Information, not medical advice

The articles and service pages on this site are general information for parents and carers. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for an assessment or advice from a clinician who knows your child.

If your child is unwell and you need help now, contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency call 999.

Enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a clinical relationship or confirm an appointment. A booking is only confirmed once we have written to you with a date, time and the fee for that appointment.

Fees, payment and cancellations

Fees shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed in writing before any appointment. Payment terms, deposits and the notice required to change or cancel an appointment are set out in the confirmation we send you.
